4. How easy is it to use?
The program is very easy to use. It is divided into 6 discs, each taking a different part of the franchising process and breaking it down into simple, manageable steps. The program details the processes involved in franchising, it covers the different options available to you as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each. It the asks questions about your business and the answers you give form the basis of the customised documents you will create.
While you work through the software component at your own pace, your mentor and the team at the Institute is there to help you every step of the way. You meet with them on a regular basis and they review and critiques your documents as they develop.
5. How long will it take to franchise my business?
The answer to that depends on what systems you already have in place and how much time you have to work through the program. For most businesses it will take somewhere between 3-6 months from the time you commence the process.
